- Each month you’ll get a box with a custom-curated, hand-picked mini collection of samples based on a different “theme”, usually having to do with common origins, crystal structures, locality, use, or properties.
- What’s included in each box:
- 5-7 samples of minerals, rocks, or fossils (a variety of rough, crystalline, and polished)
- An introductory card that includes an overall description of the theme of the month’s collection, and how your samples belong together in the theme..
- For each sample, an identification and information card with a science-based description of each sample and other interesting facts about the sample, including how the sample fits in this month’s theme.
- A themed box will be shipped to you starting around the 3rd or 4th week of each month for 3 months. Orders must be placed by the 15th of the month to receive your first box that month.
- Want more? Every time you decide to renew your subscription in 2026, you’ll get a whole new set of themed boxes, each with a different set of samples.
